I really enjoy coming to Compassionate Care in Laguna Hills. The staff is always prompt and nice for my chemotherapy and my oncologist Dr. Pete Pow is fantastic, he always spends alot of time with me and encourages me through my next steps with chemo treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Pow he is an extremely knowledgeable cancer oncologist and I know you will feel very cared for your treatment.

I had a deeply troubling experience with Compassionate Cancer Care and Dr. Pete Pow MD, CMO. Frustrated by missing test results for months, poor patient record keeping and terrible back office operations for appt setting but the worst was Dr Pow's inadequate communication skills. So I have changed Oncologists and strongly advise against seeking care from this practice and especially from Dr. Pow, MD, CMO.

Dr. POW has been my doctor for years, I’m so blessed to have him as my oncologist. He is so kind, respectful, he has smiles all the time, he talks to you so calmly to make you calm and comfortable as well. Very caring, he had the best bedside manner. He is knowledgeable and curing patients is his mission. So so lucky to have him as my oncologist. Thank you Dr. Pete Pow

Absolutely atrocious. Staff at front desk are very nice and the nurses have been super kind as well. Dr. Pow is my mother's oncologist. Extremely egotistical and narcissistic. Hanging up on a patient via telemed appointment all because I've asked him twice now to please not call BEFORE our appointment time. The doctor hung up on me. I am filing complaints everywhere. There is ZERO compassion at this cancer center. Disgusting. Avoid at all cost. I'm dealing with insurance and filing grievances and hopefully switching doctors asap.

I’m seeing Dr. Pete Pow. He is the best doctor, Very caring, very knowledgeable. He smiles all the time and makes you very comfortable. He is so positive and respectful. I’m so lucky to have him as my oncologist. Thank Dr. Pow for everything

This review is on the staff of this office, good luck with getting through the phone line when you have an urgent matter. Even though you get hold of them they tell you to wait then they hang up on you without any explanation. This is not the way to treat cancer patients and their caregivers!
