My Experience at the HRI in Marlton as in patient was beyond my greatest expectations.
There was an immediate level of service, detail, follow up and professionalism. This was my 1st experience and did not know what to expect. To my suprise I felt so comfortable with the level of care I was provided from admission to departure. A few evenings we were excorted to the pond to feed the turtles and fish. What an awesome moment that was observing nature at its best. The landscape and views were breathtaking and made me feel like I was in a peaceful place.

I woul like to thank the entire staff from executive leadership like Project Coordinator Marissa, Director Ester, Investigative Nursing Paulene and Alicia
To staff coordinators Ms Peggy, Roy, Dave and Anthony. To lab techs like Charles, Karina and Ali. To finally the core of our nursing care. Sam, Michelle, Latisha, Monica, Esther C. and Corrine. It was to the personal care of these individuals that I felt safe, valued and assisted through my stay.

I appreciate the work in the research and support the fundamental development of medicines that support the growth, process to assist current and future patients.

A notable mention to Dr Huff and Dr Joseph for their progressive efforts and research in the wellness for advanced mental health.

This place was filled with tender love ? and care . The staff here is very amazing patient concerned and genuine and I enjoyed my stay here. Compensation is expectation. Staff goes above and beyond. Has a nice homie feel clean environment

Staying at Cenexel has been very therapeutic in aquiring peace and tranquility to my state of mind . It's a very comfortable environment where they make sure you needs or wants are met in a caring manner . The compensation exceeds expectations . Customer Service - Laurie is very unprofessional, ghetto & rude. Called today 8/7/2023 at 5:29 pm; 5:30 pm; and 5:38 pm & she hung up on me 3 times. The first time She hung up on me because she didn't want to tell me what studies they had available; called back and got Laurie again and asked which study was available for my diagnosis She said no study currently & doesn't see any future at this time. Asked her if there was a sister company. She replied MD and Cali. Asked for Marylands #. This is again where she was unprofessional giggling like a stupid question was asked. Asked her for MA's #. She wouldn't provide the # & dared to say I was being mean. I replied no your being unprofessional. I asked for MA's #, but she was going back and forth rather than giving me their # & hung up on me again. I proceeded to call back hoping to get a different CSR & she answered again after being forwarded 2 times. I asked for the # and she finally gave me the number. Being this is a recorded line please listen to the conversation and educate her on how to be a better customer service representative.

Hassman was great, after this new merger with CenExel they been slacking with having studies now. Literally almost a year and the only studies they have continue to be just one, and it’s for only senior citizens. ‍♀️ I miss the old hassman.

First off it was the worst experience I have ever gone through in any places I ever been at to do studies. Staff doesn't know what's going on when you ask them questions they say they don't know. Coordinator doesn't introduce their self to you Lord talk to you unless you act specifically to speak with them. they have you fill out a order for your food while you stay there and you don't get the stuff that you ordered. They are very unprofessional they came to me asking me to reconsend without giving me any notice nor any more money I was told they up the dosage on me at the last minute. They also told me I was getting $3,000 for this study and I wound up only getting paid I still don't even know what the amount is it's too much confusion going on that has been they're very unprofessional.
