Company is a joke.. You'll waste money if you buy their products because they look to be going outta business. No phone number, no products in Lowe's, no real dates on product to be released.. Classic take the invester money and run scheme.. Buy into the Milwaukee or new Dewalt line... Toughbuilt is dead and was barely alive to being with. Waste of space.

Purchased a number of stack tech items from Lowes. The company stopped phone support and based on the current news, may be in financial trouble. It is really bad when a company selling high end equipment like the stack tech storage system can not even afford phone support. No way to run a business Look for the fire sales at Lowes.

I am utterly disappointed with the way Toughbuilt Industries Inchandled my recent warranty claim. I had a glimmer of hope in their customer service when they took care of my broken tape measure after four months of use. However, their refusal to assist me with a broken level, which occurred within just four weeks of purchase, left me feeling deceived and unfairly treated.

To make matters worse, nowhere on the product packaging or the company's website was it clearly stated that purchasing from an authorized dealer was a prerequisite for warranty coverage. I find this lack of transparency highly misleading and deceptive on the part of Toughbuilt Industries Inc. As a customer, I should not be expected to navigate a hidden maze of fine print to understand the terms of warranty coverage.

When I contacted their customer service again, hoping for a resolution, I was shocked to learn that they would not honor the warranty for the level simply because I had not bought it from an authorized dealer. This arbitrary requirement, undisclosed to me at the time of purchase, left me feeling cheated and deceived by Toughbuilt Industries Inc.

It is unacceptable for a company to impose such restrictive conditions after the sale has been made. If Toughbuilt Industries Inc had a policy regarding authorized dealers, it should have been explicitly communicated on their packaging or website, ensuring customers are well-informed prior to making a purchase. Instead, they choose to conveniently withhold this information until a warranty claim is made.

As a consumer, I expect fairness, transparency, and consistent treatment when dealing with a company. Unfortunately, Toughbuilt Industries Inc failed to meet these basic expectations. Their misleading warranty policy and unjust treatment of customers who unknowingly purchase from non-authorized dealers reflect a lack of integrity and ethical business practices.

I strongly urge potential customers to exercise extreme caution when considering Toughbuilt Industries Inc for their purchases. Their deceptive practices and unfair treatment of customers demonstrate a lack of respect and disregard for consumer rights. I, for one, will be taking my business elsewhere, where I can find a company that values transparency and treats its customers fairly.

Excellent tools for excellent workers. I'm not only a vendor for this great company, I'm also a customer. ToughBuilt is industrial standardization meets pure innovation. I'm a life long customer, for sure.

My employees use ToughBuilt kneepads while cleaning large retail glass roof tops. We have nothing but good to say about the quality of Toughbuilt products. While maybe a little expensive for some, if you're looking for a good product, this is it.
