Ziad and the rest of the team at NetSwift are an outstanding IT Services solution. When we joined up with them our IT services were an unmanaged mess. The NetSwift team came in and made quick work of getting all our of our services and subscriptions unified. This included getting all of our mobile devices and field equipment setup as well. They expanded our WiFi network to eliminate dead zones and trouble areas. They did this all in a very quick and efficient manner, working around our staff's varying schedules and tech needs. They recommended but didn't push potential improvements and upgrades.

Now that we are up and running smoothly things have been amazing. Whenever we have issues, the team jumps on it immediately and we have resolution quickly. We have seen a huge decrease in down time due to computer issues, translating to big increases in productivity.

My past experience with IT Management companies has been very up and down. I have found that they are usually eager to please up front, but once you are setup they tend to be scarce. This is not the case with NetSwift. They have been proactive with us since inception, looking for potential issues or areas of improvement. They are checking in with us regularly to ensure things are operating well and even minor issues are addressed quickly.
