Brandi was my agent when I bought my condo in Palm Desert five years ago. The seller was extremely difficult to work with, and Brandi kept things under control and on track. So years later when I decided to sell, I only considered Brandi to help me and I was not disappointed. She was very knowledgeable about the current market, and made very good recommendations on what I should do to the condo to get the best price. The pictures and videos she arraigned for made the condo look amazing, which I'm sure had something to do with the high levels of interest the listing created. She listed the property just before the Memorial Day holiday, and by Tuesday I was going under contract with an offer that was 7% over asking, which matched the highest price on record for my type of unit in the complex. It was a hectic weekend with all the last minute showings, but she stayed on top of it and communicated everything that was going on promptly. My condo is on the lower end of the price range for her listings, but she always made be feel like I was her number one priority. While we still have to go through the escrow process, I'm sure she will make sure it's smooth sailing to the end. If I ever have any real estate needs in the Coachella Valley, you need to use the Pratt Group. You won't regret it.

Update - we fell out of escrow due to financing issues, but Brandi got us right back on track with another offer within a few days that was actually higher than the first contract. This one went through with no problems, again Brandi was involved and communicating at all times. Thanks Brandi!
