If you're considering purchasing the Prestige A4 printer, I strongly advise you to reconsider! We bought this printer, and it worked for only 3 months before breaking down. When we reached out to the tech support team, we were told we needed a new print head. After replacing it, the printer still didn't work, and we were then informed that the motherboard also needed to be replaced. We did that, but it still didn't resolve the issue. Next, we were told we required a bypass board and a circulation pump.

At this point, we have replaced all of the parts they sent, and the printer is still not functional. Despite having spent so much time and money on fixing a brand-new printer, we have been without a working printer for 6 months. Our business has suffered due to this ongoing issue, and we have yet to receive any meaningful follow-up from the company. I have reached out through Discord multiple times, but I have not received any responses.

I genuinely regret purchasing this printer and wish I had known how poor the product and customer service would be before making this decision. Please think twice before making this purchase, as it's been nothing short of a nightmare for us.

All American print supply Is not good at all at shipping your Purchases. They say if you order before noon, it will be shipped off the same day. I placed our order Monday night, so I can receive it on Wednesday. I got email from them Wednesday saying it was shipped out. When I called to see what was going on I call back at least six times before someone finally answered. The Asian girl said first said your order was shipped off on Tuesday. I said no it wasn’t. It was Wednesday. She looked it up said oh yes, it was Wednesday. But we are short staffed and Your order is not the only order that we have. I told her I would like a supervisor to call me. Up to now I have not got a phone call. Once they get your money for your purchase, they don’t care you get it whenever you get it. Save yourself a headache and get your ink and all your other products through a different company. You will not regret it. Right now it’s already three days since I ordered it. It’s 4:16 PM and still haven’t received anything. I’m not even gonna bother calling American print supply they don’t care they have their money already. Now they respond to the review like they’re trying to help out. Just trying to make themselves look good. If you guys are worried about it, you still have my number and I still not have received a call back from a supervisor. So don’t fake it to make you guys Look like you’re trying to fix things

I bought this printer 3 months ago and you have no idea how many problems it will give you! Aside from that, the technical support is one of the worst I have ever seen; When you have a problem, they only know how to send you links so that you can try to solve the problem yourself! Buy another brand of printer! These come directly from DTF Station and the quality is one of the worst! I am extremely sorry to have bought this printer! If I had the opportunity to get my money back, I would!

Probably have had the worst experience I have ever had in terms of customer service and I am not one to write reviews but this has ruined my entire image of the company. As a loyal long time customer I had hoped a outcome would have been better than this. Had a issue with a package getting to me and explained to the associate how it was out of the ordinary to not receive the package yet even though an order placed after it had already come. I was swept under the rug and told to basically not worry about it. Checking the tracking number there was no date ever given to be delivered and saw that it was stuck in MD for about 3 days. Even after telling them how its still stuck in the same place they continued to ignore my problem for days as I had been chatting them and the associate ultimately made no efforts to resolve my issue and wanted me to wait 7 days basically to hope and see if the package would come in to which only then THEY would file a claim. I had to call and work with a different person from what appears to be a call center from overseas as they had told me and they were the only people to help IMMEDIATELY without making me wait. It's crazy that someone overseas was able to assist me quickly when someone state side wanted me to just sit and wait for a solution. I then tried to contact management to which they could only offer me a 25$ CREDIT and a refund that was already promised to me, mind you I had to place a separate order to make sure I got it in this week so all they had done was cancel out the first order I had made. Careful to all those ordering from here if you have a issue with shipping I can say they will just leave you in the dust.
