If I could give zero stars I would. No signs to tell you where to turn in. Once you get in the lot it's super tight no room for a sleeper. You have to drop your trailer and let the yard jockey move it. Then they play favorites, which trailer they pick up to place in the door. My co-driver and I waited 6 ½ hrs before they finally put our trailer in the door! One of the Jockey's told my co-driver he couldn't get our trailer because he only moves the company trailers. Then we sat and watched him go and move a contract trailer, that had just came in! Favoritism at it's finest or just good old fashion racism. Checked out 3 hrs later, a total of 9 hrs wasted. Unacceptable. This kind of treatment doesn't not warrant a good review or recommendation. Book or Don't book! This was my horrible experience losing money and time with this company!
