Hello! I was looking for a job for 2 years and didn’t find anything. One day I applied to Ledgent and they called me back. I was talking with Natalie Rosenblum via Zoom. She created a CV for me, asked questions to understand what job I was looking for. After that she started to send me invites for job-interviews. I received 2 invites. On one job interview I was rejected, but in another one I was hired! I was shocked that I had been hired just in 2-3 weeks after my first call with Natalie. I signed a contract with Ledgent, made some accounting and excel tests for them to verify my knowledge. During all the process Natalie send me all important information, answer on all my questions quickly, and I felt protected. It was easy to call her and receive answer. I am working in a good company in accounting and feeling happy now. I am really grateful to Natalie Rosenblum and Ledgent team. These guys really help you to find a job! I recommended them to 2 of my friends and recommend to any person.

This is the best staffing agency hands down! Emma was there for me every step of the way in my job search and touched base with me daily; either sending me opportunities or following up before and after temp jobs. She kept me in temp positions until she found me the perfect long term position. She was kind, caring and fun to work with. Bea filled in for Emma when she had other meetings and was very in tune to my situation at all times and so easy to work with. After I accepted a long term position, they were both so excited for me and gave me confidence of moving into the new role. They are very professional and organized and I would highly recommend Ledgent to anyone looking for placement in a job.

Working with Ledgent has been so easy and I wouldn't hesitate working with them in the future. That being said, Cole placed me in a great company that I really hope will turn into a long term opportunity. We did everything by phone and email which I prefer, but I'm certain they would be more then willing to meet in person if that is someone's preference. One major difference I noticed between Ledgent and other staffing services is how personal it feels. Other services always feel like they are giving you a sales pitch, but Cole made me feel like he really wanted to find me the right fit, even though he knew I was interviewing directly with other companies. He or his college Meghan were always available for any questions I have and they have checked in with me since starting the new position. I have really enjoyed working with them both.

This is my third time with you guys. My first time was with Roth and 2 other times with Ledgent. The first two companies were not professional and really toxic. I'm hoping this third one will be better since it's a company provides and gives. I just want to give a shout out to Cole Cameron and his partner Chris Buttler who is an awesome agent. His not like other agency out there who ghost on you for having an issue with other companies. I just don't work well in negative environments that bullies you. I am very happy to receive an offer and start on 9/13/2023.Its a temp to hire position with potential growth. I am very pleased with their service and highly recommend if anyone needs a job in the accountant field.
