Awful awful thieves, cancelled the Ourpact subscription on my Apple ID over 10 months ago and was recharged today $99 for another year even though i cancelled my subsciption through apple - looks like you also have to cancel your subscription on the Web Portal as well even though the Help page explains how to cancel through apple - so i reach out the the help tech support who close the case with:

Thank you for reaching out to OurPact support. I looked up your account and I can see the subscription was not canceled until today at 1:10PM Pacific time. Unfortunately, OurPact does not offer refunds on subscription time.

So i'm now having to contact my financial institution to file a chargeback against these thieves to recover my money for a product i no longer use as it was awful

My parents used Ourpact on my devices when I was too old for it and now the app isn't even in use, I haven't had my screens monitored in years, and neither me nor my parents can get this shady software off my things. It disturbs me that I have no idea where my information is going to this day and that I still have absolutely no control over my own privacy.

HORRIBLE support options! Even worse application functionality. OurPact has had problems with installing to Apple iPhones for days now and no one at this company is owning up to the issues. Support sends back canned responses to only one e-mail address on the account and does not properly review the customer problem.

I loaded the Parental app that Eturi offers with bad results. After a few day trial I tried to delete the app from all of the iPhones that it was installed on. There still remains a message that the app is monitoring the phones. After hours of research I still can not remove this message. I have contacted this company through their support email with no response.seems like a virus to me....the company has terrible customer service!
