I had bariatric surgery almost 3yrs ago. I found Alex thru a facebook referral and used her as my personal trainer for about 6 months to get comfortable with working out again. She is super supportive and really helped me feel comfortable in the gym. Alex and her husband Chuck have created a great space to workout and I have worked out with them for 2 years now. Whether you’re looking for a personal trainer, fitness classes or just a great small gym- this is for you. Go check them out!

Ellison Fitness Innovations has not only helped me but changed my life for the better. It's way more than a gym, Alex and Chuck treat you like family. They are there for more than just you physically, they care about your mental aspect and life.

On top of that they have very nice gym, with classes, one on one and different tiers for members. They food app with the ability to scan is better than most I have seen. From someone who tracks their food the app seems to be on point or close with the food nutrition than any other app.

I've been here for 6 months and have seen a high improvement in my life. Can't say anything but positive things about my whole experience.

The gym is SUPER clean and spacious, the owners are friendly and knowledgeable, and there was a good variety of equipment. Chuck and Alex are very committed to their clients’ success. The gym is very functional, never crowded, and Chuck and Alex make sure that you are comfortable. I have seen drastic improvements in my health since joining the gym a year ago! There is nowhere else locally that can even compare to the experiences you’ll have here.

I have enjoyed working out with Alex since November! She's really sweet and a great encourager! I've grown stronger and more confident in my body. It's a great environment where it's OK to be a beginner. Alex has made it easy to just show up and follow directions, but still see results!
