Mobile, AL UPS Store Review:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
My boyfriend noticed my Florida license plates were going to expire before my trip from Mississippi to Illinois. Long story short, we couldn't get the sticker renewed in MS or FL so the only logical solution was an elopement so I could become a military spouse, claim Florida as my state of residence to match his, and renew my registration online. A quick 20 minute trip and a notary stamp at your store cemented us as man and wife for forever. 10/10 recommend!
Yes, this sounds like a crazy story. It is and I love it. We’ve been married now since February and life is amazing. Thank you, notary ladies, for being part of my wild wedding story!

I used to love coming to this location since it’s the closest to my house but I had the worst experience today. I called to make sure my Amazon package was sent out due to the app still showing that it hasn’t been dropped off. I was put on hold for 15 minutes. Called off my other phone and was put on hold again while talking. Called again and was immediately met with attitude from Sarah. Spoke with Becky and she seemed a little better but not by much. If y’all can’t handle talking to the public then working with the public doesn’t need to be on your list of things to do. Yes we all deal with a lot but the rudeness could’ve stayed where it was. I will be stopping by to speak with the owner AND calling corporate since this seems like something this store is known for. Y’all don’t deserve our business if you’re gonna act like that. I ONLY used this store out of convenience but I’ll definitely drive a few more miles if that means I’m gonna be met with great customer service. You wouldn’t have a job if it wasn’t for customers spending their hard earned money there.

On May 25, 2024, I visited the store to mail a package. I was assisted by Becca. I’m writing this review because she went above and beyond to make my experience one that would cause me to be a repeat customer. She explained all the shipping options to me and even explained why one was cheaper than another. Her demeanor was welcoming and professional. She proactively provided information without being asked while simultaneously giving prompt and complete service. She was confident and appeared to be glad she worked for UPS.

I went in to drop off an Amazon return. First the girl couldn't scan my QR code. She said it was because of my phones screen protector, no problem, I took it off. She kept on trying to scan it and finally said that the computer was offline. So I went to the other computer, a different girl was there. She tried to scan it a few times and said the same thing. Finally, the manager (?) Came over and looked. She said basically the same thing but that it was the whole store. I asked her if she knew how long it would be. I'd already been there approximately 15 minutes, and she said "I don't know. I don't work for the internet company." Which was a rude and unprofessional response. I responded in kind with "thanks for not helping" to Which she replied "I thought I was very helpful. (Sarcastically)" I responded with "well you weren't." I've worked in retail and the hospitality industry for 30 years and her behavior was sub par. Do better.

My response:
No,I didn't press the employees. I simply asked them a question. "Do you know how long this will be?" To which they were unnecessarily sarcastic and rude. Like I stated in my review, I've been in retail and hospitality for 30 years. I've had systems go down. It could've been something as simple as rebooting the system which should only take a few minutes. I was trying to decide if I should stay (and apparently waste my time), or go to an alternative location. Thank you for clarifying that I made the correct decision.

This is the closest UPS store to me. I have used this particular location on numerous occasions. I have used this location 3 times in the last month. There’s a woman that works it he mornings and she is wonderful!! She greets each person as they walk in and she knows her stuff!! She is usually by herself but she does her job with a smile on her face. I felt like I needed to tip her lol she’s just that good!! She’s probably keeping that store alive bc she seems to be the only one working.

This store is always a good experience for me. The line always moves fast and the staff always manages to smile and make small talk no matter how swamped they are. They never act like I’m holding them up asking for tape or just plain confused. That makes a huge difference in the experience for someone like me who gets anxiety by association! Thanks for taking care of us, y’all!!!

I dread coming to this location because the ladies that work here are so mean and rude to customers. I've seen them be rude and condescending to older people for not understanding how Amazon returns work and to talk poorly about the same customer right when they leave! I've had them roll their eyes at each other and huff and make snide remarks to each other about my returns, like I wasn't standing right there and could clearly hear and see them!
The 2 ladies who work here are absolutely terrible at customer service, I try to avoid coming here if I can because they are so rude.

Every single time I come to this store, whether it’s for shipping, returns, notary, whatever, I have been treated with absolute disdain, like I’m an inconvenience. It isn’t even the same person each time- they’re all miserable and unpleasant. It must be a requirement in the interview.
