If I can give 0 stars I WOULD, I WOULD NOT work here they don’t pay on time, my daughter did a service for them and Ms.CHERYL WILLIAMS AINT gave my daughter her money yet, talking about she didn’t know she was 17, she wasn’t worry about that when she was working the hell of my daughter and her friend. And she paid my daughter friend but keep giving her the run around

I had a bad experience with this agency. Everytime you call and ask to see if they have jobs available, they always say they don’t have any at the time but keeps sending emails regarding jobs. The front desk lady is horrible she have a nasty attitude and try check anybody that comes in there that may have questions or disagree to what she say. For it to black owned or just having all black staff with horrible attitude and they never picks up the phone is crazy. My issue was I work with the company only one time they sent me to the school broad with another lady well when I got there it was so unorganized, they never got me setup in the system. Well I guess they didn’t want me and the other person that was hire on didn’t want us too be talking to each other. Before we knew it we both was let go for no reason. I was advice but the lady that was hire on with me that the temp agency manager and school broad manger lady was very close with each other and they very messy. I call two later after everything had happen to get another job where they told me, they’ll give me a call when they find something that fit for me. Which I’m educated I have a lot of experience in the medical field. At that time I just didn’t understand because they had lady that was hire with me and had told her they had a few jobs available and they going places her in one. I just felt like it was a lot of favoritism going on. The front desk girl was rude where me and her Exchange some words because I felt disrespected. They are horrible company. I would recommend anybody to them

Spherion by far has been the most unprofessional staffing company I have worked for. They offered me a job to start on a Monday, called me into the office just to let me know the job is unavailable which wasted my time & gas. This could have been communicated via phone. Two weeks later they called me for another position, sends me to a job where the employer was very unprofessional & rude. I had no professional guidance or information regarding the job but was called in to have a pep talk as if I was a child on what not to do on the job and to keep my head down which was a red flag for this position. Again waisted my time & gas for something that could have been communicated via phone. I was sent a text message after working one week and 2 days on the job, stating my job assignment ended immediately without a warning. No one called me in reference to why this was happening. I understand that this is an at-will state but professionally I took the time to come in for the job and did everything that was asked of me the least I could have gotten was a phone call. I was misled and misrepresented as a client and I will not recommend anyone to work for this company. The manager, Ms. Williams, was very unprofessional in her delivery. She's spoke to me in a condescending tone, as if she was speaking to a child not an adult. Spherion does not have an arrange of salaries for experienced workers. Offering. $12 an hour for an experienced worker is horrific in this economy. The process with landing a permanent job with this company honestly plays with your livelihood and will have you in financial debt.

I usually only compliment services while within the establishment or via word of mouth to friends and family but I had to give this online review a try. Unfortunately too often the customer experience is bittersweet and too many times simply bitter. Employees lacking basic interaction skills and connection to their customers. The experience is a smooth transaction. Professional atmosphere all around. I have to THANK Aulaydra for being a rare find! A true gem. She was professional, respectful, helpful and above else APPROACHABLE AND PERSONABLE! A bright young woman who had a textbook style making me feel cared for and appreciated as a customer. I've had more bitter than sweet experiences and that young woman is simply top tier.
