Power goes out at least once per month and ranges from a few minutes to an entire day. Estimated restoration are always wrong. My power has been out since 7:30 am on a Saturday, my son's birthday was scheduled for noon and we still have no power at 12:16pm and not coming back until 1 it says now. If you can avoid using their services do so at all costs

By far the worst utility company to work with. Been 6 mos since we requested service to our house. Haven’t heard anything unless I call them. They charge more delivery of the electric than what we use a month.
