Ted came to my home today to install a new computer monitor. When I described the problem to him over the phone, he told me that it should take less than an hour to complete. He was as good as his word! It turns out that this new monitor needed a special kind of connection that the salesman at the store didn't mention to me. Fortunately, Ted had it in his kit, and the monitor is up and running beautifully. I am completely satisfied, and can highly recommend Ted and TechMarin to anyone reading this review. I will call him myself if I need computer help.

I have been scammed that I have a virus in my computer. It scared me so that I shut the computer, and would not open it until Ted arrived. I am now peacefully writing this review, knowing that Ted has my back whenever I need it. I did not have to leave my computer somewhere for couple of days, because Ted checked everything in the convenience of my home. He was very flexible with the time and day and arrived on time. I hope I do not have to deal with PC problems anymore, but knowing I can call him, gives me a peace of mind.
