Gave me a quote of $18k to install a projector, speaker, screen, and control4 (not including projector).

Projector install was great. Speakers and picture very nice. We had issues elsewhere:
- They implied they would integrate into our existing control4 in the house. They didn't. They installed a separate system.
- They did not hardwire the sub. It was an oversight but they wouldn't admit it.
- The control4 box got very poor wifi where they put it. I had to run a new cat5 to it myself
- They had implied they would leave the room "paint ready" but it was not

Nothing big though a bummer about the control4 not integrating. If this were all I would give 4 stars.

Why 2 stars then? They sent me a final bill for $26k. They are trying to charge me double for the labor with no heads up along the way.

All in this project ended up costing us more like $35k-$40k with painting a projector. If they had been more upfront with these costs I wouldn't have done it.

I was referred to Mark with All Video to update my network. He came out to assess the situation. He did not know I already had someone come out from one of the "big box" stores and gave me a bid 2 months before. Although the bids came out pretty close, Marks bid included remote access. This means when I have a problem they can access my system from the shop and fix it. This will save me a ton on any service calls. We all know how costly it could be for someone to even knock on your door. All Video also included 4 new rock speakers in our back yard. Great install team and project manager. If I could give Mark and All Video 10 stars I would.

I contracted with Mark Benson and his team a year or so ago to install TVs, a while house wireless network, and surround sound in a few rooms.

The consult and install were great. We couldn't be happier. Where things started to fall apart is when I needed to change things on my network. The customer service was horrible. It would take days to weeks to MONTHS to get a response. Incomplete responses at that.

I called every number I had and spoke to anyone who would listen, even the owner Tom. Still no resolution. All I want to do is add and remove devices from my network. Simple stuff. Things that are basic with most modern networks, yet no one seems to know or care about solving my problem. The sad thing is that I'm a network professional and I gave specific instructions for what I needed hoping that if I walked them through it I could get what I needed.

Still crickets. I had considered using them again to add more tech but not anymore. Sad that the support has put such a stain on the company.
