I have conducted extensive research before selecting CS-Cart and purchased a Lifetime License. I like to have full ownership of the platform I use. This software is by far the best compared to some of its competitors, offering a feature-rich platform with complete flexibility for customization. Some of CS-Cart's competitors do not allow access to the source code; however, with CS-Cart, you have the option to obtain a Lifetime License, which grants you 100 percent access to the source code, allowing you to customize it as you wish. Additionally, it is well documented for your developers to enhance and tailor it according to your needs.

I have become a big fan of CS-Cart and am always excited about its continuous development and the addition of new features. There are hundreds of features that are likely to cover all your requirements and more.

Examples of features include Easy Product Import if you have large number of products to up lode , over 70 Integrated Payment Methods, and Split Payment for Marketplaces (which allows you to retain your commission without much hassle). Advanced Vendors Restrictions enable you to limit and set privileges according to the standards you establish for your marketplace. Category Commissions allow you to set different commission levels based on profit margins, enabling you to collect more from your vendors. This makes the approach much fairer for your vendors, with lower commissions for low-profit-margin projects. My favorite feature is the Multiple Storefronts; you can expand globally into different countries without needing a separate website for each one. For instance, you can have a marketplace presence in the UK and open one in the USA or any other country worldwide, all managed from a single admin panel.

CS-Cart also offers excellent technical support and customer service. I even managed to have a one-on-one session (for free) to address startup difficulties I was experiencing. They are always willing to help their customers resolve any challenges you may encounter and they were courteous enough to address some of my tickets that fell outside the support package. The bottom line is that they genuinely want you to succeed.

I highly recommend CS-Cart to anyone planning to launch a marketplace. They have helped thousands of companies worldwide succeed in the global marketplace. Since I am not a developer I was looking for a platform to run my online store & marketplace without any technical expertise.

I found cs-cart and I was hesitated at the bigging because of the license cost, however since I started using it in 2020 it has exceeded my expectations.

The built-in features and functionalities and the ability to expand it by adding new modules and add-on from the marketplace allowed me to run my business the way I wanted without any programming knowledge.

A very easy-to-use and solid administration interface that allow me to update and extend the function to my store making my store stand ahead of my competitor's stores.
