We first bought a system from Techarts from a highly responsive individual who had honestly won our business. We were super excited to create a relationship with this company as it was one of our bigger investments that just went really well. We immediately followed through with another deal that went wrong. Primarily because it was taken away from the hands of the individual who earned and won our business and we were put in the hands of the CEO who was unresponsive.
Dealing with Covid backlogs our shipment finally arrived and we were told the price changed and that it was due to supply issues, price changes from the manufacturer and because they said they couldn't find anywhere from the original magnificent salesperson who won our business (keep in mind they probably didn't even ask him nor did they allow us to ask him). Regardless I went through with a price increase and then asked for more things (some on a time crunch) and was ghosted again by the CEO.
I think this company should think about restructuring things so that the CEO can provide solutions to offer their customers the service and attention they need. $50k later I think we are going to take our business elsewhere.
