I contacted Mark regarding fixing some problems on my website. Inadvertently I did not read the proposal carefully enough and wound up signing an online year contract [ beware ]. However the service from his technician sonny was very helpful and he was easy to deal with and I got a few things fixed. Mark does not give any personal service and at the end of the term could not even remember what had been accomplished and what had not....just a sales pitch.
Furthermore when I tried to get into my site and my passwords didn't work, I reached out to him for help. He never responded. Finally through my host, i was able to re-enter my admin site portal and found Mark's email and info all over the settings all over it. He did not bother to remove them and still wonder how my name was removed
