J&L Innovative Flooring recently replaced our floors. They removed existing engineered hardwood, carpet and tile and replaced our complete house with laminate flooring. We had looked at various flooring companies and J&L Innovative Flooring had the style and color of laminate flooring that we were searching for.
We did get multiple quotes, and Larissa was more than willing to negotiate on options and pricing. We have a two-story house and initially we weren’t interested in changing the posts, handrails and balusters. Larissa and Jose were most helpful, patient and worked with us on various options. In the end we decided to have J&L Innovative Flooring install the same laminate flooring on the stairs with the matching bullnose. Since they don’t do the stairway posts, handrails and balusters we had another company do this.
Their installation crew led by Victor is one of the hardest working construction crews that have worked on various remodeling projects in our house. Their attention to detail and quality is top notch.
My wife and I, 100% recommend J&L Innovative Flooring. Good pricing, responsive, excellent communication with Larissa and the team, timely and excellent workmanship.

J&L Innovative Flooring is a company that I would return to over and over again they’re honest, communicative, and their work is impeccable. I was asked to go into the shop to look at some samples and once I found a sample they took me up to my house to see what the sample would look like in my house. I also had had trouble with termites, and they recommended treating the wood prior to being replaced underneath the flooring to make sure that everything was safe. That being said whenever I need flooring again, I’m going back to J&L Innovative Flooring.

We highly recommend J&L Innovative Flooring. Larissa and Jose are a great team. Larissa is very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. They installed vinyl plank flooring and baseboards in two bathrooms upstairs and one bath and laundry room downstairs. I appreciated that she brought large samples to choose from. Larissa was good at communicating and being responsive to scheduling and any concerns we had. Larissa and the J&L team really saved us with our new floors. We had issues with the floors previously installed by our contractor, and Larissa helped us pick the right product and remedy the issues with the previous installation.

Now our floors look great, and they did a really good job being able to work around some tough areas (built in cabinets, fireplace, etc) to make it all look original. Larissa went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable with the product, the process, and our own concerns.

We used a luxury vinyl plank product (fireweed) from Megaclic, and it looks and feels great.

J&L Innovative Flooring was great from start to finish.
I have a bathroom that had been neglected over the decades and I ventured to remove the top later which was carpet (yeah, carpet). After revealing at least two layers of vinyl tile and a few damaged/ rotted subfloor boards, I decided to call a professional. Larissa arrived on time, is friendly and knowledgable, and a great communicator. After some testing of the environment, Victor arrived on time, and worked diligently until the entire job was done (about 4 hours). Victor is a true professional; fantastic work.

We had our living room, family room and spare bedroom re-floored. Our engineered hardwood floors were old and the glue holding the wood were no longer adhesive. In addition, our floor was not level. It was always an issue when we moved into our house many years ago. Victor showed us what was happening and poured concrete to fix the various issues before laying down the actual floor. Larissa was always prompt and helpful in picking out the wood products and letting us know the timeline of what decisions needed to be made prior to the project start date. Victor and his team worked long hours each day to complete the project. This was greatly appreciated as we were in the midst of a big home remodel that took way longer than expected. The finished product looked great and floor was level! My wife and I will definitely ask J&L innovative Flooring to work on the next floor project.
