This is my third school year using ThinkWave and I love it. The platform is easy to use, the support team is responsive and helpful and the parents, teachers and students find it easy to navigate and understand. I am also pleased with the price. It costs significantly less than the bulky program we were using before, with most of the same abilities.

My experience with Thinkwave has been positive. User friendly for those who are not tech savvy. Training my team was made easy by the simplistic platform. It isn't overcomplicated like most systems made from an IT mindset not considering the users. Support has always been very responsive and helpful!

As a professional teacher of over three decades, I have been using Thinkwave for about the past 10 years. It is an excellent product, and the support is solid when needed, which is rarely.

I have used about 4 other grade books in the past, including the old paper binder ones! but Thinkwave is the best of them all, and especially for the good price at which it's offered. HIGHLY recommended!

An excellent tool for private schools. Our K-12 Christian school has used a variety of grade-management software over the years from OpenSIS to Canvas, et c. ThinkWave provides a strong, user-friendly tool for our teachers and administrators.

It only takes a few hours to import data or to "Roll Over" one year to the next and begin a new school year; and even that process is friendly. We track various student "Group"s within the system and these can be ported across school years, saving much time and organizational effort.

The support team is professional and responsive. They have always served our needs quickly and well.

If you're a smaller school, you likely dedicate a person to write Transcripts for your students and know that this is an arduous chore. It is a tremendous relief and continues to be a joy to use ThinkWave's customizable Transcript tool to automate this process for us though it has taken several years of usage to accumulate enough data for a complete transcript. It is well worth the wait.

The business cost is also attractive. For the man-hours we save, our ThinkWave subscription quickly pays itself off. We have not found a comparable service at their price point. Our school teachers, administrators, parents, love ThinkWave and, each year comment on how comparably easy-to-use its feature are.

As a back-end programmer, on the one hand, I miss some of the customizability and automatic scripting that can be done in a self-hosted program like Canvas. On the other hand, the weight of packaging, building, running, and hosting such a cumbersome program year after year and the burden of passing on knowledge and training is not practically sustainable at an institution of our size. Furthermore, the cost of the AWS subscription for a remote server or the electricity and technical management to physically host a local server rival the cost of a ThinkWave subscription. Why not let them tend the hardware and software for you?!

In summary, ThinkWave has been a tremendous, very affordable service which the various user types at our school love, and they have saved us much time and effort in managing our grades each year. We are grateful for the service.

We love this platform to enter and share grades with families. It is well priced and user friendly. Customer service is easily accessible, but I've never had any issues in six years. Our school as a whole has used ThinkWave for eight years and we plan to continue our subscription indefinitely.

We are new to ThinkWave. My 6th grader is using it for his new school. I ran I into a problem setting up my account when I accidentally used the suggested password and then didn't save it. ? The customer service helped me reset my account right away, and now that I'm in the site its very user friendly and easy to navigate.
