Working with Tony and his team has been great. They work fast and communicate well.
After a terrible experience with a previous company I was working with, I was reluctant in the beginning working with Tony because I was worried things may not work out but they proved me wrong. I have had very mixed experiences with this company. The K2 site builder is fairly user friendly, but has many quirks that are very annoying and difficult to work around. The support staff are friendly, but half of the time are not helpful. They let on that they are available 24-7, but they are not. They are available M-F 9am-6pm, or something like that. My website has shut down many times and my many clients were not able to get on from various places around the country and the world; when I brought this up to the support staff, they are ignorant of the problem and say they their diagnostics show no issues, yet there I am time after time of my website not being accessible. The email system that goes along with the website is awful; when I have tried to get support from the staff, I have been outright ignored, so I gave up.
