HOC has been our IT company since 2003. I can always reach the owner, Harv, when there is a problem. I admire the way he prioritizes his calls. When our system is down, he makes every effort to fix things in a short time. If the problem is not urgent, he works it into his schedule. Over the years we have had many challenging tech problems and HOC has fixed them all, and for reasonable fees. We highly recommend HOC and will continue to use them for all future IT issues.
