Disappointed: cancelling / ghosting meetings without notice, not even an out of office message, hanging up during phone convo, making excuses for unprofessional behavior, needs to learn accountability. Unfortunately this behaviour has proven to be a systemic pattern, not coincidental, but no one owns it. 🙁

I would give no stars if I could. A really not enjoyable plan. They make you sign a paper since these products have not yet been approved in the EU. They build no trust before you try the products. I could go on…
