If I have an issue the technicians help very quickly. They explain things to me so I can understand how they are fixing my issue. The technicians have also taught me how to do a restart when I need to refresh my scanner, very helpful. 🙂 Thank you !

From the day we signed up to this date, almost 2 years later, my experience with the team at Tekion has been beyond expectation. All of the managers and frontline support staff I have dealt with have been true professionals who are always available to assist, even when it's something that may not be their area of expertise.

I have gone through 2 changes of performance manager, which I would usually expect to be bumpy... Not so! Their internal (and external) communications are solid. We faced many challenges throughout the conversion, which anyone should expect, and some issues remain outstanding at this time. However, I have full confidence that they will be addressed, as all of our other concerns were.

The system is under constant development and I am regularly amazed at all of the new features being incorporated into an already world class platform. The only issues we seem to have are related to Canadian Specific content, none of which has stopped us from using the platform, it has just caused minor intermittent inconvenience. Apparently, the US tax system is MUCH simpler than in Canada, and this has made Lease Calculation adjustments necessary from time to time, so pay close attention to DealerTrack to ensure the numbers match.

The overall program is Powerful and delivers on it's promises to make your life easier and more efficient. We went 100% paperless in service, including diagnostic printouts and supporting documentation for warranty claims. it can all be easily scanned/photographed into the system, as can videos. New Advisors say its the easiest system to learn that they've ever seen... THAT says something!

For anyone who has read this far, I highly recommend you look into this system, as it can truly replace ALL of your 3rd party Plug-ins for CRM, Appointment bookings, Multipoint Inspections, Declined work campaigns, Key Valet systems, etc. 100% fully integrated DMS. NO, I did not get paid to say all this, I am just that happy with the overall performance of the system!

We switched to the Tekion DMS, previously Autosoft, in September of 2022. As with any DMS change it takes 4-6 months of hard work to get the program up and running efficiently. Tekion introduced us to many new things for our dealership including, electronic RO, payment through text, built in chat, a service scheduler that works well for the consumer and us, transparency, live Financial statement, and more. Tekion is part of the reason we were able to grow our business by 50% over the last 2 year. One of my favorite things about Tekion is the automation you can program for accounting. When a customer RO is closed, the accounting closes automatically, reducing the amount of person hours needed. I would highly recommend Tekion to any dealer that is tired of your current DMS.

I have used several DMSs. I have never seen anything close to how great Tekion is. They are on their own playing field. Their support both before, during and after the installation is unprecendeted. Tekion is so awesome if I am ever searching for a position, whether or not the employer has Tekion will be a contributing factor. And Erick is amazing! Simply put, get Tekion! Thank me later.

CHECK ACTUAL USER REVIEWS, you can find them on some parts/service/finance related forums. AWFUL.

Most reviews 5* are from employees posing as users or "friends" of the company I can almost guarantee.

Awful system to be stuck with. Poor implementation, training, and support after. Company has massive amount of turnover, check so your points of contact constantly change, not that any of the staff actually have experience using the system or in the field the system is supposedly tailored for.

System increased about 80% of parts on inventory by 1 when conversion happened.
Payroll kept having tax deduction issues, to the point a different payroll got implemented cause relying on tekion was not cutting it.

Majority of obstacles you will encounter, you must go above and beyond to get someone to even recognize your issue, and not try and spin it as a feature or failing on my part, and then they will just take a picture on their phones, or ask for a screenshot and say " I'm gonna run that to our team and get back to you." IF they do get back to you, rare, their "results" are not even in the ball park, so you just give up trying to explain and move on.

Any criticisms or feedback not glowing is met with an attitude of along the lines of "our system is perfect, tesla uses it, you must not be using it right" or "poor you, the system were claiming to be more efficient than autosoft etc actually makes service related tasks longer and more convoluted. a task that would take 2 keystroke and click now requires five clicks 3 keystrokes and a pop up window, boo hoo poor you."

Sincerely RUN if you get wind your dealership is looking to be handcuffed to this travesty. RUN FAST.
