Stay away. Great sales pitch, no execution or deliverability for what was promised and didn't know what they were doing. Told that they would identify and do outreach for close to 1k of prospects. Reality was they had an untrained team, did not monitor their actions, had no idea that the email stopped working, had no idea how to fix it, sent ~300 emails and calls, and their people could barely be understood due to a thick accent. I was told I would be partially refunded on multiple conversations, but they changed that too. I have hired many agencies and vendors, and this was the worst experienced I have had by far.
