The quality of their work is exceptional, and their team of experts really know their stuff. Whenever I have a question or concern, they're always quick to respond and provide helpful solutions. Especially John!

One thing that really stands out about Avmeda is their responsiveness. They're always available to help with any IT issues that arise, and they're incredibly efficient in their response time. I've never had to wait long for a solution or fix, and their team is always professional and courteous.

In addition to their technical expertise, Avmeda also excels in customer service, again thank you for that John! They take the time to really understand my business needs and offer personalized solutions that meet my specific requirements. I wish they had more people who is working at the weekend, but this is an area that they told me that they're working on.

John was very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. He was able to access remotely to my imac and took care my issues. I was not happy with the speed of my imac. I brought my imac to them and they replaced the harddrive. It works like brand new one. I highly recommend them.

The other day my MacBook crashed in the middle of work, try to reboot my laptop multiple times and nothing.
Called Apple and they said they can fix it, but it was too expensive.
