I did some research for Blueyonder some months ago. I collected the equipment for myself and another participant who was local to my area.
The reaserch was difficult to complete on the app due to technical issues and minimal communication from Blueyonder. They did state that further incentive would be added due to the inconvenience and prolonged period of time.
I liaised with Carole and agreed to start the research again as I was given reassurance that all issues had now been resolved.
Arrangements were made to send more equipment to my house. Within days I was contacted to provide my address again. With this I stated that I longer wanted to complete the research again as this was time consuming and requested for the incentive to be paid and all equipment to be collected.
I have had been continually told since mid November that this will be arranged. However, I still haven't been in receipt of the incentive, nor has the equipment been collected.
I have contacted numerous people via email from Blueyonder, contacted Carole via text message and still no resolve.
I have taken part in lots of research and have never experienced such inconsistencies and poor communication.
